#15 Pomegranates

Full of polyphenol antioxidants, pomegranates help fight free radicals. And like the color of the ruby red fruit, they help regulate blood flow which gives skin it's nice rosy color. A glass of pomegranate juice will give these benefits but it can also be applied topically to help smooth fine lines and give skin a moisturized glow.
