1. No Breakfast : People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

2. Overeating : It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

3. Smoking : It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

4. High Sugar consumption : Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

5. Air Pollution : The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.

6. Sleep Deprivation : Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.

7. Head covered while sleeping : Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.

8. Working your brain during illness : Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts : Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.

10. Talking Rarely : Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain.

Croisant Donut

HeadlineINILAH.COM, Jakarta- Cronut ataucroisant donut yang berasal dari Amerika Serikat kini mulai dikenal di Indonesia.
Bentuknya seperti donat namun memiliki cita rasa croisant yang kres begitu digigit membuat cronut menjadi gaya baru untuk menikmati donat sekaligus croisant.

Chef Yus Andriana, Advisory Chef Fonterra Foodservices berbagi resep untuk membuat cronut.

Bahan-bahan:

700 g Tepung protein tinggi
300 g Tepung protein sedang
10 g Bread improver
100 g Gula pasir
80 g Anhidrous Milk Fat
30 g Milk powder (SWMP)
15 g Yeast
18 g Garam
+500g Air es
600 g Anchor Butter Sheet

Cara membuat:

1. Campurkan semua bahan kecuali Anchor butter Sheet, aduk hingga setengah kalis.

2. Biarkan mengembang 2x lipat, Masukkan kedalam freezer +/- 7 jam (bungkus dengan plastik/kain ).

3. Beri 3X lipatan single, dimana setiap lipatan diistirahatkan selama +/-20 menit.

4. Tipiskan adonan tebal +/-1 cm masukan dalam frezzer +/-2jam, lalu potong dengan
cetakan DONUT.

5. Fermentasi kan dalam proofer (Rh +/-70 % dengan panas 30C).

6. Goreng dengan panas 170C.

Bahan Pastry Cream

200 g Anchor fresh milk
45 g Gula
18 g Maizena
40 g Kuning telur
20 g Anchor butter
Vanilla ess secukupnya.

Cara membuat:

1. Campurkan sebagian susu dengan maizena,kuning telur.

2. Panaskan sebagian susu,gula lalu tuangkan campuran maizena,kuning telur dan susu.

3. Masak hingga mendidih, tambahkan vanilla dan butter aduk hingga rata.

Bahan Cream Cheese Mousse

150 g Anchor cream cheese
80 g Gula pasir
100 g Anchor whip cream
2,5 g Gelatine
12,5g Air.

Cara membuat:

1. Kocok cream cheese, gula hingga halus, tambahkan whip cream yang sudah dikocok (60% mengembang). Terakhir tuangkan gelatin yang sudah dilarutkan dengan air dan di panaskan.

Penyelesaian

Potong dua Cronut, isi dengan pastry cream dan Cream cheese mousse, [mor]
